Shipping policy

Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Tracked 48

• Express Shipping: Tracked 24

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days after being placed.

Shipping Rates:

• Free standard shipping on orders over £35. Upgrade available.

• For orders under £35:

  • £3.20 for standard shipping (2-4 working days following dispatch)

  • £5 for express shipping (1-2 business days following dispatch)

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping. If you require a different courier, please contact us at hello@kcweddings.co.uk.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days following dispatch

• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days following dispatch

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship outside of the UK (NI excluded).

Order Tracking: Your parcel has tracking information, it will be available to you on the order page once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Issues: Please contact us if you have not received your item. Delays in shipping do happen, but if we believe your parcel is lost, we will replace your order.

Shipping Issue Returns: If we are made aware of a specific date by which you require your order, we will compensate you for any missed date.
You must notify us of this before placing your order, we will confirm if such a date is achievable and will expressly inform you of this. We cannot accept notes on an order or any communication after your order is placed unless we expressly agree to the timeframe.
