Shipping
As all of our products are handmade we currently have a 2 week dispatch time for your order to be designed and created. Please note this doesn't include the shipping period. We use Royal Mail 2nd class as a standard. This service can take up to 5 working days to arrive and sometimes longer in busy periods.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold on our website (personalised / made to order) we do not accept returns unless:
• There is damage to the item,
• The item does not meet specification, or
• The item does not match the description.
In the event that one (or more) of these conditions are met, a return will need to be requested within 14 working days from delivery of your order. You must then return the item within the following 14 working days. If the item is not returned within 14 days, a refund shall not be issued.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order placed, you must do so ASAP. However, due to the nature of the products sold on our website (personalised / made to order) we cannot refund items that have already been created. If the product has not yet been created, we shall refund the order within 14 days.
