We are currently working up to a 5 day dispatch time. Please note during busier periods this can go up to 3 weeks.

Packaging
We are so happy that we now use completely eco-friendly packaging. With a mixture of paper and biodegradable we are sure you will love it too! We also reuse packaging that we have received items in. This does mean that sometimes you will receive plastic bubbles in your order. Instead of throwing them out we thought it would be best to reuse them.

Shipping
We are currently shipping with 2nd class Royal Mail. Items can take up to 2-4 working days to arrive however sometimes they can have delays in busy periods. We do have the option for express shipping if you require your order sooner.
